In a skillet or oiled pan on high heat:
- 1 and 1/2 pounds of steak sub meat
- 1 large sweet onion cut into slices and peeled
- 4 bell peppers cut into thin slices
- salt and pepper to taste
- Serve onto a bun of choice with sharp tasting provolone cheese
