Meatball Recipe:

Per 10 pounds of ground pork and beef (provided by your local Meat Shoppe)

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3/4 pounds of parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 of a cup of oregano
  • 1/4 of a cup of garlic powder
  • 1/8 of a cup of ground pepper
  • 1/8 of a cup of onion powder
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of parsley
Steak Sub Meat Recipe:

In a skillet or oiled pan on high heat:

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds of steak sub meat
  • 1 large sweet onion cut into slices and peeled
  • 4 bell peppers cut into thin slices
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve onto a bun of choice with sharp tasting provolone cheese
Baby Back Ribs Recipe:

In a bowl mix together per 3lbs of pork ribs:

  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 cup of barbeque sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Lather onto ribs and cook on low-medium heat until ready
Hamburger Recipe:

To make 8 quarter pound burgers mix:

  • 2 pounds of lean ground beef and pork
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 of a cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/8 of a cup of ground pepper
  • 1/8 of a cup of ground parsley
